Designing for vulnerable users.
Mental health apps carry a unique design responsibility. Poor UX can actively worsen a user's emotional state — confusing navigation, alarming language, or intrusive notifications can cause harm.
Every micro-interaction, colour choice, and copy decision was made in collaboration with domain experts to ensure the app felt safe, calm, and trustworthy for users in vulnerable moments.
