The Challenge.
Two products. One design language.

SpotGo is fundamentally two separate products — a consumer-facing navigation and payment app, and a B2B IoT management dashboard for parking lot operators. Both had to feel part of the same family while serving completely different mental models.

The consumer side needed to be dead-simple: find → navigate → park → pay in as few taps as possible. The operator side needed a complex, data-dense interface for managing sensor grids, pricing, and revenue analytics.

Real-Time Map UXLive parking spot availability on a maps interface with clear visual encoding for occupied vs. free bays.
